Brandon Sutton, a licensed bodywork therapist and owner of Active Life Bodywork, is celebrating 25 years of practice in downtown Morehead City. Sutton specializes in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR), the method that effectively improves structure, function and quality of life.

MFR addresses the root source of problems to allow the body to heal. He is experienced working with joint injuries, back pain, TMJ, post-surgery scar tissue and nerve impingements including sciatica.
