Swansboro Arts by the Sea Festival Returns
The much-anticipated Swansboro Arts by the Sea Festival, showcasing everything from fabulous art and fine crafts to delicious food and wine tasting, will return for this year’s edition from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 11.
Browse the historic downtown streets of Swansboro as they are lined with some of the finest art and handmade crafts such as pottery, jewelry, paintings, carvings, photography, sculptures, stained glass art and more. The festival offers a great opportunity to get souvenirs or gifts to take back home for friends and family.
Enjoy live local entertainment at the Harry C. Pugliese “Pug” Pavilion and also consider stopping at the kids’ zone, located on the waterfront across from Olde Towne Square, for fun arts, crafts and a variety of other activities.
For safety, event organizers ask that attendees forego bringing pets, bicycles and skateboards. Streets are closed to vehicular traffic. For added convenience, there’ll be a park and ride shuttle from Ward Farm, located behind the Hampton Inn.
